2) How do you set your pricing?
Our pricing reflects the time, artistry, and rareness of the fabric behind each piece. There are three main things we consider:
* Hours of production - the time spent crafting the piece. Sometimes it comes together in a few hours, other times it takes days if we are not satisfied with the design.
* Artistry required - the creativity, skill, and attention to detail involved in bringing the design to life.
* Rareness and cost of the fabric - some of our materials are collected during our travels, which means we will never come across them again. This helps us keep our creative process fresh.
The bottom line is we never want our customers to overpay, that wouldn't feel right. You might notice that some fabrics appear in different price tiers depending on the time and work that went into creating the piece.
Additionally, to make the math simple and stress-free, our prices include free shipping with no extra sales tax.
3) What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to all pieces being made only once and our unique production process, all sales are final. In extremely rare cases, if you have a valid reason for a return, please contact us first. Once approved, our policy follows a 50/50 model: We cover shipping to you. You cover shipping back to us within 3 business days. After we receive the item in its original condition, a refund will be issued.

We generally don’t recommend washing your Loopé.
7) What if my Loopé cord gets wrinkled?
You can iron it gently to restore its shape.
