In extremely rare cases, if you have a valid reason for a return, please contact us first. Once we agree that the reason is valid, our return policy follows a 50/50 rule: we will cover the shipping cost to send the item to you, while you are responsible for return shipping to us within 3 business days. After we receive the item in its original condition, a refund will be issued.
